From the small, one page informational stand-out to the multi-level, multi-page e-commerce site with a robust MySQL database back-end, we have a plan for you! Each website is different and will vary with the array of options each customer chooses
We know how important it is for you to keep the content of your website fresh. We can design a content management system (CMS) specifically for your site so that changes can be made effortlessly with no html knowledge required!

Other Costs
There are a couple of other costs involved in obtaining and maintaining your website...your domain name and hosting. Securing a domain name is quite easy. You just need to come up with a name no one else has already taken. We highly recommend getting both the .net and .com versions of your domain name, as you may at some point wish you had both if someone else comes along down the road and builds a competitor's site at the opposite extension! We will walk you through the process. It is a small annual fee, usually between $20 and $25 each and is paid to the registrar, not to We Have A Site.
A bit about hosting...a web hosting company keeps your site online and provides other services such as e-mail, and security and they have the equipment and personnel to keep your site running smoothly. There are, of course, free hosting accounts available with some providers, but you must weigh the reliability as well as security of a free service and other things that can come with it, such as unwanted banner advertising. Remember, your website is a reflection of you and your business.
We have special rates for hosting fees which can be seen under Hosting. Both of these fees are minimal, but an important part in the building of your site.
Payment
Projects require 50% up front with the balance due in 30 days or when the site is completed, whichever comes first*. Hosting and domain fees must be paid up-front so that we may get those services set up for you. We accept most major credit cards as well as Paypal.
*If there is a delay in completion and the delay is on our end (which can happen but is rare), the balance will be due at project's completion or other arrangements will be made. Failure to submit information which delays completion does not extend the 30 day period. If the delay is due to additional features being added, the initial amount remains due within 30 days. If the amount is paid in full up front, you will receive a 10% discount on the cost of your site!
