We offer several different pricing levels to fit all web site needs. From the small, one page informational stand-out to the multi-level, multi-page e-commerce site, we have a plan for you! Each web site is different and will vary with the array of options each customer chooses. The following covers what is included as the base price. Hosting is additional with all plans; however, with Level I, a small annual fee can keep your page hosted on www.wehaveasite.com (see "Hosting" for more information). All prices listed on this page are one-time fees; only hosting and maintenance are recurring.

     The perfect internet presence package for the small business, this one-page* site allows you to let the world know detailed information about your services or products, your business hours, contact information and location. If you have your own domain name, we can configure it to point at this site - or for a small annual fee, we will host the page with a url that would appear as www.wehaveasite.com/yourbusiness/ (see "Hosting"). Put your advertising dollars to work for you with these packages!

Price $100

     This option with Level I adds a contact form and "thank you" page to your website. You can customize the contact form with drop down menu options, questions, or any other information you might want to gather from your site visitors. These customized forms will then be sent to you in e-mail format. After the customer sends the form, they will be directed to a special "thank you" page. You can use this as your e-mail form, a survey, or anything else that will help you with your business!

Price +$100 (total $200)

     This package is for the individual or small business wanting more than just a presence. They want a web home! This is a 5-page site designed to represent you or your company. Recommended pages are home, about us, services, contact us, and location. Use these suggestions, or choose your own! If you have one product or service you are offering and wish to take orders online, e-commerce can be added to this package!

Price $400

     This package offers everything in Level II, plus 5 additional feature-rich pages. You could include a calendar, photo gallery or other multi-media features to promote your business or services! If you can fit it into 10 pages, this is the plan for you!

Price $775

     Need more room to present your information, products or services? No problem! We can design a larger, more robust site of 11 or more pages. Although any site from Level II on up can incorporate ecommerce, this is the perfect plan for selling online! You can incorporate all of the pages as outlined above, as well as product pages.

     For content to remain fresh and relevant, regular updating is required. Once the site is designed, some people wish to maintain in-house, but if regular updates are needed, we can handle that, as well. Updated material can be submitted to us via e-mail and changes - especially text changes - in many instances can be made within hours. E-commerce sites require the most updating. Price changes or item updates can require numerous changes, and require additional maintenance. We will work out a plan to keep your content fresh.

Price for Level I & II - $20 per month
Level III - $50 - $100 per month
Level IV - $100+ per month

      All projects require a 50% good-faith deposit. Hosting fees also must be paid up-front, except for Level I, www.wehaveasite.com/yoursite/ pages. Those fees can be paid with the balance at the completion of the site. Add-ons are optional and are paid to those parties.

      There are a couple of other costs involved in obtaining and maintaining your website; your domain name and hosting. Securing a domain name is quite easy, actually. You just need to come up with a name no one else has already taken. We highly recommend getting both the .net and .com versions of your domain name, as you may at some point wish you had both if someone else comes along down the road and builds a competitor's site at the opposite extension! We will walk you through the process. It is a small annual fee, usually under $9 (double that for both the .com and .net) and is paid to the registrar, not to We Have A Site. Domain names are required for all sites above Level I, and optional for Level I.

A bit about hosting...A web hosting company keeps your site online and provides other services such as e-mail, and they have the equipment and personnel to keep your site running smoothly. There are, of course, free hosting accounts available with some providers, but you must weigh the reliability of a free service - and other things that can come with it, such as unwanted banner advertising. We have special rates for hosting fees which can be seen under Hosting. Both of these fees are minimal, but an important part in the building of your site.

* A "page" is defined as information which can fit on an average computer screen with minimal scrolling. Longer pages may incur additional fees.
